DREAM Hostel Kyiv — is a budget hotel/hostel, which won the 8th place among the biggest hostels in the world and became the best hostel in Ukraine according to Hostelworld booking portal in 2018.
Kyiv’s Hostel is located on one of the most picturesque streets of Kyiv — St. Andrew’s Descent in the historical centre. We are looking for a person who can build rapport with our guests and team. A friendly attitude combined with a strong work ethic, problem-solving, resilience, great reliability, and timekeeping, plus a passion for continual improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading, supervising and supporting all the departments and each team member; controlling the performance of all the departments;
Communicating with guests, dealing with their requests and complaints; making sure the service provided corresponds to standards;
Coordinating and cooperating with third party companies and suppliers; restocking items;
Performing regular cleaning audits, supervising the performance of cleaning department;
Dealing with an accounting, invoices and payrolls; reporting to the financial department;
Updating and implementing new standards and instructions; searching for the best deals and offers;
Making monthly management reports;
Monitoring and answering the feedbacks on the OTAs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1+ year managerial experience in customer service;
Excellent writing & speaking English (Upper Intermediate), Ukrainian and Russian level.
Commitment, reliability, responsibility;
